Podría decirse que Daniel Felipe García Pulgarin es el único hombre libre en este planeta, pues no tengo que pagar impuestos al gobierno y mucho menos servicios públicos.  Como van las cosas en el mundo pronto cobraran el impuesto por vivir o también el impuesto al salario mínimo legal vigente.
